CPD launch Nightlife Engagement Team
CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) — The Chattanooga Police Department is starting a nighttime team.
Tomorrow, the Nightlife Engagement Team will officially launch.
They created this team to “provide officer visibility during large gatherings throughout the summer.”
The team will assist in monitoring the downtown area, as well as other popular tourist areas in the city.
The CPD also asks the public to contact them if you notice traffic congestion, or other issues in neighborhoods or venues at night.
