CPD Officer turns himself for domestic assault
CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) — According to Chattanooga Police, one of their officers turned himself into the Hamilton County Jail on December 27, 2016 on a warrant issued by the Signal Mountain Police Department.
CPD says Chattanooga Police Officer Charles Andrew Brock was charged with domestic assault after the Signal Mountain Police Department investigated an incident which took place on December 25.
Officer Brock has been with the department for 8 years and was assigned to the Baker Sector of the Neighborhood Policing Division, according to the Department.
The Chattanooga Police Department says Officer Brock is now on administrative leave pending the investigation.
