Dalton Police asking for public’s help in finding missing teen

DALTON, Ga. (WDEF) — The Dalton Police Department is asking for help in locating Melendy Gomez-Pascual.
Pascual is a 17-year-old reported as a runaway October 22, 2024.
Dalton Police reported a family member last saw Pascual on October 21 around 7:00 p.m.
They later received a text from her saying she was leaving to live with her boyfriend.
No further details about him are known.
Pascual was also absent from Dalton High School on October 21.
Pascual is described as a Hispanic female, approximately 4’10” tall, weighing 112 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
