Dalton is selling their historic train depot

DALTON, Georgia (WDEF) – The Historic Dalton Depot is up for sale.

The city of Dalton is accepting bids for the purchase of the depot, with a suggested sales price of $500,000.

It will be handled through the Georgia Trust’s Revolving Fund.

That’s a program that provides alternatives to demolition, or neglect of architecturally and historically significant properties.
