Defense begins of former Red Bank officer Mark Kaylor

CHATTANOOGA (WDEF) Day Two of the Mark Kaylor trial began with more prosecution witnesses.

Kaylor is the former Red Bank police officer charged with assaulting an Hispanic suspect who was in cuffs.

On Wednesday, other officers on the scene of the incident testified.

The Prosecution rested their case, and the Defense should begin in the afternoon.

Kaylor, himself, could testify.

Edited testimony from Reserve Red Bank Police Officer Tim Brown. Brown was on the officers on scene when Candido-Medina Resendiz was struck in the head by former officer Kaylor.
