Deputy makes drug bust outside local inn
CLEVELAND, Tennessee (WDEF) – A routine business check in Bradley County Monday morning ended up as a drug bust.
The Sheriff’s Office reports that deputy Chris Adams was checking out the Applegate Inn on APD 40. He observed a man sitting in a car in the parking lot.
They say a probable cause search of the vehicle revealed two handguns, a bag of marijuana, almost 6 ounces of meth, and a suspected oxycodone pill.
The man, Timothy Dunn, was charged with possession for resale and being a convicted felon with a firearm.
“The Bradley County Sheriff’s Office would like to acknowledge BCSO Deputy Chris Adams for his impressive arrest and say well done to any additional units who assisted during this call.”
