Drivers License Center temporarily closed after threat

RED BANK, Tennessee (WDEF) – State officials have closed the Driver Services Center in Red Bank for the rest of Wednesday after a phone threat this morning.

Officials say that law enforcement received a phone call threatening the facility off Dayton Pike.

Officers checked out the building and ruled out any actual danger, but closed the facility for the remainder of the day.

It will open as usual on Thursday.
