Duplex fire in Red Bank Wednesday morning
RED BANK, Tenn. (WDEF) – Two occupants will come home from work on Wednesday to find their home wasn’t as they left it this morning.
Red Bank firefighters were called to a duplex at 4118 Fitehaven Drive at 10:16 AM.
They found smoke pouring out of the front eaves.
The fire was in the living room area on Side A.
Crews managed to contain the fire to the A side, but the other side suffered smoke damage.
Residents of both sides were away at work when the fire happened.
Firefighters did rescue a pair of cats from Side B.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
Fire crews from Signal Mountain and Dallas Bay VFD helped with the blaze.
