Early morning fire causes $90,000 in damages

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) – The Chattanooga Fire Department responded to a reported house fire just before 1 a.m. Tuesday at 4302 Howell Road.

Chattanooga Firefighters arrived on scene to a fully involved house fire in the Woodmore Community.

Crews acted fast and were able to get the fire under control shortly after they arrived.

Neighbors alerted the home owners that there was a fire in the carport of the home.

No injuries were reported, and the cause of the fire is under investigation.

Damages to the home are estimated around $90,000.
