East Ridge Burglary Arrest

East Ridge, TN (WDEF) East Ridge Police arrest 26-year-old Edwin Harris for aggravated burglary and theft.

Officials say a neighbor noticed a suspicious white Cadillac sedan leaving his elderly neighbor’s house and followed it; getting the license plate number.

He then checked on the neighbor and found the door forced open and called police.

Police found the elderly neighbor had been asleep, and didn’t know anyone had entered his home.

Nothing was missing.

Police later caught up with the vehicle and found items from another burglary inside and arrested Harris.
