East Tennessee Children’s Hospital to become Dolly Parton Children’s Hospital

East Tennessee Children’s Hospital is getting a big new name, and a little extra sparkle.

The hospital is rebranding and will soon become Dolly Parton Children’s Hospital.

The announcement came this morning in a special video message posted on the hospital’s website, straight from Dolly herself.

CEO Matt Schaefer says this is about more than a new sign out front.

With Dolly’s support, the hospital hopes to expand its impact, deliver world-class care to families, and make sure every child gets the treatment they deserve.

“Now I’ve always believed that every child deserves a fair chance to grow up healthy, hopeful, and surrounded with love. That belief is what brought me together with the incredible folks at East Tennessee Children’s Hospital.”
