Equipment manufacturer ‘Ironcraft’ to open in Cleveland bringing an estimated 400 jobs
CLEVELAND, Tennessee (WDEF) – A new company announced this week it will bring 400 new jobs to the Bradley County area.
The agricultural equipment manufacturer IronCraft Attachments has come to Cleveland. Managers said they hope to start hiring production staff in September of 2023.
The first phase of operations will employee 150 to 200 workers.
Cleveland Mayor Kevin Brooks said this will just further contribute to his area’s impressive amount of industry.
“We’re standing here in this incredible new, multi 1000 square foot warehouse. I’m thankful that this local company is expanding. The first expansion, a couple of 100 jobs, but at its largest and down the road expansion, we hope to have as many as 400 jobs here in Cleveland and Bradley County,” said Brooks. “It’s a fantastic new addition to what is already a city that is happy and proud to be the fifth largest manufacturing city in the state of Tennessee.”
