Goodwill Opportunity Centers connect the community with employment

DALTON, GA. (WDEF) — If you need help finding employment, Goodwill says their Job Opportunity Centers can lend a helping hand.

Goodwill hosted a hiring event in partnership with McDonald’s today at their Dalton location.

They’re hiring for all positions, including management.

There will be another hiring event at the East Brainerd Goodwill on July the 15th, so it’s not too late to get involved.

Michelle Turner, Director of Marketing and Communications for Goodwill told us, “Absolutely everyone is welcome and we have different hiring events throughout the month so today is McDonald’s. We also have a McDonald’s hiring event at our East Brainerd Opportunity Center on July 15 from 10AM to 2PM and you don’t have to make a reservation. You can just come on in. Even if McDonald’s isn’t the hiring event you’re looking for, we can help you find a job that’s a right fit.”

Goodwill says they help everyone from people without a diploma to people with PHDs.
