Erik Avanier Updates the Re-Arrest of Ryan Epperson on Drug Charges

Chattanooga (WDEF) – A former Hamilton County jailer who was arrested back in May on theft and drug charges finds himself back behind bars.

But this time he’s facing 42-criminal charges.
