Woman killed in single vehicle crash on Sand Mountain

TRENTON, Georgia (WDEF) – The Dade County Sheriff says a Flat Rock woman was killed in a crash on Sand Mountain around noon.

She was the driver.

The vehicle left the road and hit a tree near the intersection of Brow Road and Wells Road.

Another female passenger in the vehicle from Chattanooga was injured and taken to a hospital in Chattanooga.
