FedEx trucks flips next to interstate

CHATTANOOGA (WDEF) – A FedEx truck flipped over onto South Terrace drive Friday morning.

Witnesses say he veered off of I 24, crashed through a fence and ended up on the access road.

The driver was not injured, but his packages were thrown all over the highway.

Police shutdown all three lanes of South Terrace at Germantown Boulevard to clean it all up.

Several volunteers worked to gather the packages and load them back up for FedEx, but we’re not guaranteeing what shape they are in.
