Firefighters extinguish blaze at Harbor Freight building

CHATTANOOGA (WDEF) – Chattanooga Firefighters responded to a call at the Harbor Freight on Brainerd Road Wednesday evening.

When crews arrived, the found some smoke in the upstairs office.

The fire was inside the exterior wall and the attic.

They got it put out in about 20 minutes.

All the employees and customers were evacuated, but no one was hurt.

Firefighters believe it started from some awning work on the front of the building.

They should be open for business on Thursday.
