Firefighters respond to house fire on Norman Lane
Chattanooga, Tenn. (WDEF) — Several fire companies with the Chattanooga Fire Department responded to a house fire on Norman Lane Sunday afternoon.
According to Battalion Chief Lesley Morgan, no one was home at the time of the fire and the house was locked.
Chattanooga Fire officials say firefighters were able to force their way into the home and quickly extinguish the fire.
Chief Morgan says the fire caused an estimated $10,000 in damage. No injuries were reported.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
