Firetruck involved in crash on McCallie Avenue

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) – One driver suffered minor injuries in a three vehicle crash this morning that involved a fire truck.

It happened at the intersection of McCallie Avenue and Willow Street at about 9:30 Wednesday morning

The fire truck with a full crew was responding to a call when a small gray car with just the driver aboard pulled into the intersection.

The female driver of the gray car was taken to the hospital for observation.

The front of the fire truck was damaged and a third vehicle that was involved in the accident had minor damage.
