First on 12: Authorities in South Colorado searching for missing Cleveland man

ANTONITO, Colorado(WDEF) — WDEF has just confirmed that a authorities in Conejos County Colorado are actively searching for a Cleveland man who has been missing since Thursday.

According to Conejos County Sheriff Howard Galvez, Joe Keller, 19, of Cleveland was reported missing by his family and friends.

They were all reportedly on vacation at the Rainbow Trout Ranch which is 22 miles from Antonito.

Sheriff Galvez told WDEF Keller was reported missing on Thursday around 4:30 P.M. local time.

Since Friday, more than 100 people on horseback and on foot have been searching for the missing Cleveland man. The search has also included a helicopter and airplane equipped with an infrared camera. Search dogs from Albuquerque have also been deployed to help crews look for Keller.

WDEF was told the search area is mountainous terrain. Sheriff Galvez also told WDEF that so far, they have limited their search to a 20 mile radius.
