Former Chattanooga Police Detective Indicted for Tampering With Evidence
CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) – A former Chattanooga Police Detective gets indicted on charges of tampering with evidence and official misconduct.
Special Agents with the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation began investigating then Chattanooga police officer Karl William Fields on September 9, 2014.
