Former Mocs QB Jacob Huesman Signs With New York Giants Practice Squad

Former Mocs quarterback Jacob Huesman continues to pursue a career in the NFL. On Tuesday, he was signed to the New York Giants practice squad as a running back.
Following the NFL draft last spring, Huesman got a free agent try-out with Pittsburgh and later the Tennessee Titans.
He worked out as a quarterback with both of those clubs.
Huesman also had a brief stint in the Canadian Football League.
While Huesman was a quarterback in college, he certainly can run the ball.
Huesman rushed for over 4,000 yards during his UTC career, and he ran a 4.5 forty at the Mocs Pro Day last March.
