Former TN Lawmaker Charged with DUI

Chattanooga (WDEF) – Former Tennessee state representative Jim Cobb has posted bond and is out of jail at this hour.

Cobb, who represented Bledsoe, Sequatchie, Rhea and Roane counties from 2007 until 2012,was arrested early today in Rhea County.

Cobb was charged with DUI and possession of a handgun while under the influence.

Bond was set at $2,000.
