Fort Payne assault and kidnapping

Fort Payne, AL (WDEF) – Fort Payne Police got a call from the victim who said her grandson Brian Scott Daniel had assaulted her and held her against her will.

While the call was being taken, officers stopped a car.

Daniel was a passenger in that car.

Police found out the second female in the car was Daniel’s victim.

Daniel knew both females in the car.

Officers arrested Daniel for Two Counts of Kidnapping 1st, One Count Robbery 3rd, Theft 2nd, and Two Counts of Domestic Violence 3rd.
