Girl killed when tree falls on tent at campground

TRACY CITY, Tennessee (WDEF) – On Sunday a girl was killed when a tree fell on her tent at Foster falls camp ground.

Officials say it happened around 1:30 a.m.

A nine-year old girl died when part of a tree fell on her family’s tent at the South

Cumberland State Park Foster Falls Campground.

The girl’s father also suffered a minor injury.
