Four arrested in human trafficking sting in middle TN
SPRINGFIELD, Tenn. (WDEF) — The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation arrested four men in a human trafficking operation in middle Tennessee.
The TBI says all four men are accused of seeking illicit sex from minors.
They identified the suspects as Arbey Neptale Bartolon-Lopez, Benjamin Wade Taylor, Cornelius S. McKnight and Angel Daniel Sanmiguel-Barron. Their ages range from 20 to 33 years old.
Officers booked all four men into the Robertson County Jail.
The TBI started investigating on May 12 and it lasted two days.
It was an undercover investigation in which officers placed decoy advertisements online. They sought to find individuals who were seeking to engage in commercial sex acts with minors.
This is the fifth human trafficking operation from the TBI this year.
