CHATTANOOGA (WDEF) – What are the chances of snow this weekend?
Well if history is any judge, this is the right time of year for us.
In fact, 30 years ago the forecast for this weekend was for rain, but we got a surprise weekend snow.
And people panicked just as much back then as we do now.
