Garbage truck spills hydraulic fluid on roads in Snow Hill area

HAMILTON COUNTY, Tennessee (WDEF) – A garbage truck caused a lot of traffic headaches and a haz-mat response this afternoon in the Snow Hill community.
Officials say the truck trailed a stream of hydraulic fluid on the roads around Highway 58 and Birchwood Pike.
That’s near Snow Hill Elementary.
They are still trying to clean it up during afternoon rush hour.
Hamilton County officials report heavy traffic congestion on Highway 58 as a result.
