Georgia Business Owner Makes Heart-Warming Donation

DALTON, Ga. (WDEF)- One Georgia business owner is restoring all faith in humanity tonight, after making a very generous donation to a little girl he’d never met before.

Haley Williams is back on four wheels again after having her brand new dirt-bike stolen from her home in Dalton just days before her 11th birthday.

After it was stolen, this tough pre-teen says  she and her family searched the area for her bike, while her mother, Stephanie Hambrick, went to Facebook for help.

Kevin Crane, who is the Owner of Second Chance ATV, “She had actually messaged us and told us to be on the lookout for this little girl’s dirt bike that had been stolen. So I decided to start sharing and I put it on my page, and well a few people started commenting and it just–it exploded from there.”

“When you get ready, just take it and push the red button up and it’ll crank it,” said Kevin.

“So just push it up?” said Haley.

“Yea. Now pull up on it,” said Kevin *engine starts*”

Kevin Crane, owner of Second Chance ATV in Lafayette says he and a few friends even chipped in to offer a reward for the bike’s return, and when that didn’t work, Crane says he wanted to do more.

“I actually had a dirt bike that I had received, and I was fixin’ to start working on it and found out that Haley’s birthday was coming up. So decided to go ahead and–since we couldn’t find her bike for her birthday we decided to give her one,” said Kevin

Haley says she’s still adding a few finishing touches on her donated dirt-bike to make it look just like the one that was stolen.
