Gov. Kemp surprises Ringgold woman by reading his declaration in person

RINGGOLD, Georgia (WDEF) – A Ringgold woman got a special surprise, after her brother was laid to rest last weekend.

The young army corporal was killed in the Korean War in 1950, but his body was just brought back to the U-S.
