Gov. Pence Tells Dalton Audience That Donald Trump Will Pursue His Immigration Plans

Donald Trump is not taking Georgia for granted!
Although the state has not voted Democratic since 1992, the GOP Presidential nominee sent his vice presidential candidate on a two day swing through the Peach State.
It ended this afternoon with a rally in Dalton.

If Donald Trump’s support is waning in Georgia you couldn’t tell from the reception his running mate got at the Northwest Georgia Trade and Convention center in Dalton.
The room filled with the faithful more than an hour before the 3pm Town Hall Meeting.
The Indiana Governor was introduced by Congressman Tom Graves, who is credited with bringing Pence to the northwest Georgia area.
He made earlier appearances in Perry and Atlanta.
To the delight of his audience, Pence wasted no time in going after Democratic Candidate Hillary Clinton.

GOV. MIKE PENCE, GOP V.P. CANDIDATE ” So why don’t we decide right here in Dalton Ga, we’re going to do everything in our power to ensure that Hillary Clinton never becomes President of the United States of America.”

The governor described the election of Hillary Clinton a “3rd Term for Barack Obama”.
Keeping the focus on Hillary Clinton, Pence says he would put a stop to the special interest groups in Washington.

GOV. PENCE  ” If she’s elected President of the United States of America, they’ll unwind their relationship to the Clinton Foundation, so they’re acknowledging a conflict of interest if she was president, but doesn’t that mean that there was also a conflict of interest in accepting foreign donor contributions when she was secretary of state?”

During a question and answer session Pence defended Trump’s tough stand on illegal immigration.

GOV. PENCE   ” Donald Trump put the issue of illegal immigration back in the center of the national debate, and he is going to lead an administration that will end illegal immigration in America and fix this broken immigration system.”

Pence had avoided that subject in speeches yesterday, after Trump had taken a step back in his vow to deport some 11 million illegals now believed to be in the country.
Trump is planning a major speech on immigration Wednesday.

GOV. PENCE  ” We will make this good man the next president of the United States. And we will make this country great again.”(applause)
