Haletown firefighters free person trapped in car after wreck
MARION COUNTY, Tenn. (WDEF) — The Haletown Volunteer Fire Department helped free a person from a vehicle after a crash on Sunday.
Firefighters arrived on scene of the wreck at around 4:45 p.m.
It happened on Highway 41, and only one vehicle was involved.
The fire department said the vehicle ran down a 50-foot embankment in the Haletown area.
Firefighters removed the trapped driver from the car and began first aid. Puckett EMS then rendered aid to the person.
Authorities have not given updates on the driver’s current condition.
