Hamilton Co. Superintendent shares vision for school system

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) – The Hamilton County School superintendent delivered his vision for the future of the school system.

Doctor Bryan Johnson spoke to people with the Hamilton County Council of PTA’s, who hosted the state of our schools.

He talked about some of the next steps he has for the school district.

They include reviewing zone lines for feeder patterns, completing a building plan, and developing a long term plan for 200 million dollars worth of capital needs.

Dr. Johnson wants to be the fastest improving school district in the state of Tennessee.

The school board will discuss some of these issues at their meeting tomorrow night.
