Hamilton Place Mall Celebrates 30th Anniversary

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) – Celebrations for Hamilton Place’s 30th Anniversary kicked off this morning with an event featuring executives from CBL Properties; Hamilton County Mayor, Jim Coppinger; City of Chattanooga Mayor, Andy Berke; and pop sensation Tiffany.

The morning’s festivities began with opening remarks from Stephen Lebovitz, president & CEO of CBL, owner and developer of Hamilton Place.

“The success of Hamilton Place has far exceeded our expectations. We are thankful for the community’s support over the last 30 years and we are looking forward serving the Chattanooga area for many years to come,” Lebovitz stated.

Mayor Coppinger commented on the vast economic impact of Hamilton Place to the Chattanooga area and to wrap up the event, Mayor Berke proclaimed August 4, 2017, “Hamilton Place Day”.

The first 300 shoppers in line on Friday morning received an exclusive custom Hamilton Place drawstring backpack with a mystery gift card and exclusive offers from Hamilton Place retailers. Celebrations continue throughout the weekend with a variety of family-friendly events, activities, and giveaways.
