Harold Coker passes away at 84
One of Chattanooga’s best known political leaders and business owners passed away this morning.
Harold Coker was a leading voice in the business community as well as a well respected political leader. The former Hamilton County Commission chairman started the Coker Tire company in 1958. A release from officials at the company said, "Harold is loved and respected across our community and throughout the collector car community the world over."
Coker was 84 years old.
