Hour long chase involving multiple East Tennessee Counties
Chase involved Bradley, Monroe and Meigs Counties
DECATUR, Tennessee (WDEF) – It was a long, winding road that led Dustin Cody Miller to a jail cell in Decatur.
It started Thursday when Sweetwater Police began chasing Miller in a stolen pickup from Bradley County.
The pursuit went into Meigs County, where Miller is from.
Officials say he ditched the Nissan truck at a home on Center Point Road in Decatur and stole a Toyota pickup to replace it.
Multiple agencies chased him in that truck for more than an hour.
The chase ended at Old Highway 30 and North No Pone Valley Road where they took him into custody.
Miller has been charged with Evading Arrest, Reckless Endangerment, Theft of Property, a parole violation and various other charges.
