House fire overnight in Apison

Tri-Community Volunteer Fire Department responded to a house fire in Apison last night. It happened at 12:20 this morning on Thaxton Lane. A family was able to safely evacuate their house. When fire fighters arrived on the scene, they found the house on fire. No injuries were reported. The cause of the fire has not been determined.
