Humane Educational Society closed by sewage line break

CHATTANOOGA (WDEF) – The Humane Educational Society is closed, at least for Thursday.

The main sewer line in the 100 year old building broke last night and backed up waste into the building.

The staff is cleaning up on Thursday.

But they may need your help to re-open.

HES is asking for donations to fix the broken line.
