Jackson County Officer Involved Shooting
Bryant, AL (WDEF) A domestic call turned into an officer involved shooting Thursday night in Jackson County.
Deputies went to a home on County Road 291 in Bryant, Alabama.
They found a mom and daughter behind a truck.
44-year-old Jerry Nunley came out with a gun in each hand.
Deputies told him to put the guns down.
He did not, and threatened to kill the deputies.
Nunley pointed one gun at a deputy, and the deputy shot him.
Nunley was airlifted to Erlanger.
The Alabama Bureau of Investigation is looking into this incident.
