JOE FRUGAL: Chattanooga Celebrates 175th Anniversary with Special Events

Chattanooga turns 175 years old this weekend. To celebrate, several of the cities attractions and destinations will be offering free or discounted events for the family.

Some of the special programming includes tours of City Hall, historic houses of worship, and Howard High School.  There will also be workshops on genealogy, terminal station, and a citizenship clinic.
