JOE FRUGAL: Free Community Workout at Scenic City Boot Camp Sunday
Scenic City Boot Camp, which has hosted a couple of local "Biggest Loser" competitions, resumes its free community workouts this Sunday at 3:00pm.
Everyone is welcome to attend, no matter your current shape, size or fitness level.
The one-hour workout could burn up to one-thousand calories!
