After you download the Chick-fil-A One app, create an account, then head to the “Be Our Guest” section to select a sandwich. You can load a free Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwich, Grilled Chicken Sandwich, or Chick-fil-A Spicy Chicken Sandwich onto your account.

Then head to your favorite Chick-fil-A location and show them the Q-R code to get your freebie.
