JOE FRUGAL: Roo Cups Return, 25 Cent Refills All Summer at Kangaroo Express

Those who pre-registered on Facebook will get a voucher to purchase their cups this morning starting at 8:00am.  That’s a full week before they’re released to the general public on May 1st.

The RooCup will once again be refillable for just 25-cents from today through September 30th.
