Johnthony Walker indicted in Nashville for statutory rape
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WDEF) – Johnthony Walker is headed back to court.
The bus driver in the Woodmore bus crash has been indicted in Nashville on several statutory rape charges.
We told you last summer that he was being investigated on accusations that he had sex with a 14 year old.
He had been staying with her family for several months while appealing his conviction in Chattanooga.
The Chattanooga judge gave him bond for the appeal, but advised him to leave town because he was getting death threats.
Walker now faces nine counts of statutory rape.
He was given a four year prison term for the negligent homicide convictions in the bus crash.
