Vols Josh Dobbs Enjoyed Growing Into His Role as a Leading SEC Quarterback

Vols quarterback Josh Dobbs will play his final game at Tennessee later this month when the Vols battle Nebraska in the Music City Bowl.
Dobbs has has a 21-9 record as the Vols starting QB.
He led the UT in rushing this year with over 700-yards on the ground, and he also led the SEC in touchdown passes with 26.
Dobbs was fourth in the SEC in passing, throwing for over 2,600 yards.
Dobbs has certainly enjoyed growing into the role of an SEC quarterback.
Said Dobbs:”It has been an awesome ride from my viewpoint. Just the journey I had to becoming a mature player. Becoming a mature person on and off the field. Just learning how to compete. One against your peers to become a starting quarterback. And then how to be a consistent competitor week in and week out and be a successful starting quarterback in the SEC.”
