Josh Dobbs Running Ability Concerns Nebraska Defense

When Nebraska tackles Tennessee Friday in the Music City Bowl, they’ll have to deal with the running ability of Vols quarterback Josh Dobbs.
Dobbs set a UT record for the most rushing yards for a quarterback in a season with over 700-yards on the ground.
Sounds like the Cornhuskers might be preaching the sports cliche, you can’t stop him, you can only hope to contain him.
Said Nebraska defensive lineman Kevin Maurice:”Just letting him get out of the pocket. Letting him just be around and run around because he creates plays like that.”
Added Huskers defensive coordinator Mark Banker:”I think the only thing about him that at least it takes him about four or five strides when he’s actually running the ball to get up to speed. But he does a good job with the ball. Takes care of it in the passing game. Distributes it well in the run game and on the read zones.”
