Juvenile shot in Chattanooga

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) — A shooting happened on Tuesday night, according to Chattanooga Police.

Someone shot a juvenile near the 3400 block of Jones Street around 7:30 p.m.

Police were called to the hospital about the incident.

The victim’s gunshot wound was not life-threatening.

They did not state the age of the victim.

The CPD said they are still working to determine the details of the shooting.

They are still investigating.

Some of the other recent shootings have happened near this area of Chattanooga as well.
