Kane Brown to Perform at Video Music Awards

NEWARK, N.J. (WDEF) — Kane Brown will be making history later this month when he performs at the MTV Video Music Awards.

He’ll be the first male country artist to perform at the event.

Brown will headline the Toyota stage with a first-time TV performance of “Grand.”

The new single is on his third album, Different Man, which will be released September 9.

Last year, Kane was the only country artist to be nominated for an award at the VMAs.

His single, “Worldwide Beautiful,” was featured in the “Video for Good” category.

You can catch the Video Music Awards on August 28 at 8 p.m. ET on MTV.
