Is Kirk Kelly Hamilton County’s Next School Superintendent?

Chattanooga (WDEF)  The Hamilton County School Board will take an up or down vote on Kirk Kelly.

Two board members wanted to name Kelly to the Superintendent’s post last week, but didn’t give the public proper notice.

The item has been added to the November 17th agenda, even though the school system just hired a search firm to find candidates for the position.
