Landloard arrested for home invasion of renter

FORT PAYNE, Alabama (WDEF) – A run in between a renter and landlord has landed the landlord in jail.

It happened Saturday night in Fort Payne, Alabama.

A witness says Terry Lynn Clark (along with a juvenile female) burst through the badk door looking for the renter.

The witness says they told Clark that the renter was not there.

Then 2 and 1/2 hours later, Clark returned, this time kicking in the back door to the apartment.

Witnesses say Clark chased the renter and another person outside and into a neighbor’s home.

And then she threw an object into through the window of that home.

Police charged her with two counts of burglary, throwing an object through a window (and shattering glass onto children), disorderly conduct and intoxication.
